How Your Order Ships
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Central Time will begin processing the same business day.
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know we’ve received your purchase and started preparing your items. Order preparation typically takes 1–2 business days Monday through Friday.
Once your items are prepared and shipped, you’ll receive another email with tracking details so you can follow your package.
From the time your order leaves our facility, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days Monday through Friday.
In total, your order should arrive within 4–12 business days Monday through Friday from the date you placed your order.
We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
If Your Order Is Running Late
If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please check your tracking information for the latest updates.
We recommend allowing up to 3 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe before contacting us. If your order still has not arrived after that period, please email us at support@ashleybennettdallas.com, and we’ll look into it right away.
