Refund Policy

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@ashleybennettdallas.com. Be sure to include your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email or invoice.

We’ll review your request and, once approved, send you complete instructions for returning your item. Please note that we cannot process returns that are sent back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective item.

Please follow the return instructions provided by our support team after your return request has been approved.

Customs-related delays are outside of our control and do not qualify as grounds for a return.

For bundled purchases, all items from the bundle must be returned together as a complete set. We do not accept partial returns from bundles.

When We Cover Return Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, such as the wrong color, size, or style, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Product Condition Requirements

Returned items must be in original, unused condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, labels, and liners intact.

We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or missing original packaging or tags.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We’ll work with you to make it right, and we’ll cover return shipping when the issue is due to damage, defect, or an error with your order.

Need to Exchange Something?

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase first. Once your return has been processed, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

How Refunds Work

Once your return reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect it within 2–4 business days. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued during that same period.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
